Nathan started in 1992 in the field and learned the commercial construction business from the ground up. After graduating from Rock Valley, he began estimating and managing projects while learning the art of marketing and sales from his father, Brad. He has been managing sales since 2004 and is responsible for extensively widening our client base. He has a talent for grasping the client’s needs from the first meeting through the successful completion of the project. Nathan has worked with every person at Rockford Structures to implement advanced technology with the quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Rockford Structures provides.

Employed in the construction industry since 1974, Gary joined our team in March 1995. He’s an asset to our team with his broad knowledge of the construction industry. Gary oversees and manages the project management team in addition to managing his own projects.

Larry has over 35 years of construction experience, including owning a residential construction company for several years. He is a great problem solver and communicator between field and office. He is an excellent tradesman and superb crew leader.

Tiffany is a 2000 graduate of Rock Valley College with a business degree. She handles all office management and payroll. Tiffany has the important responsibility of Safety Director and continually monitors and updates our Safety Policy through publications and seminar attendance.

Graduated with an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois. Spent 17 years in manufacturing and distribution, calling on manufacturers in Iowa and Illinois. Was a primary supplier to John Deere and Caterpillar in North America. Todd has spent the last 20 years in Real Estate. He was a managing broker in Illinois and Iowa. Have worked on large land mixed-use land developments, including planning, entitlements, city and state incentives, infrastructure, construction, and leasing. Have developed dozens of national QSR’s and numerous hospitality projects across the United States. Have two beautiful adult children. Todd has a passion for fishing, hunting, and golf.
